Cardio Tennis - All ages and abilities welcome!

Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class that’s open to all ages and abilities, YES…even those that have never played tennis!  You'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during a high energy fitness class that delivers the ultimate (and most fun!), full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Adult Drills - Intermediate/Advanced

Fun,challenging drills can definitely accelerate a player's improvement. Even though drills are not Cardio Tennis, they still offer a high paced, energetic setting with lots of action and fun. These groups focus on doubles court positions, ball placement and point strategy by utilizing live ball and feeding drills.
